Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Rugby Borough Council for a C1 Driver to assist with the Council''s introduction of Food Waste Collection Service which is launching in July 2026.

This role will involve delivering food caddies to residents in a timely manner. Throughout the months of May and June, every house will be provided with free food waste caddies including a compact 7-litre indoor caddy designed for use inside the home and a larger 23-litre outdoor caddy for transferring waste.

Requirements:

• Licence Category C1 you can drive vehicles between 3,500 and 7,500kg

• Must be available for the duration of May-June

• Must hold a valid Passport and be able to provide 3 years of referencing
