Office basedI am recruitng for an Accounts Assistant for a company that is going through a growth periodThe role would suit someone that has a minimum of 12 months accounts experience and is used to working in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities:Recording of purchase invoices on SageSupplier statement reconciliationWeekly cash tracking across all stores within companyPreparation of reports for management on weekly basisDealing with suppliers, customers and other related parties on an ad hoc basisDaily banking with ad hoc photocopying / filing workPreparation of management accounts, accruals / pre payments etcVAT returnsWeekly bank reconciliationsWeekly petty cash reconciliations Requirements:A good team playerExcellent command of English with a good telephone mannerGood PC skillsAt home in a fast moving, pressurised environmentEfficient and well organisedAbility to use own initiativeCapable of working under pressure with a calm approachAble to plan and prioritiseMust have the right to work in the UKCIMA / ACCA study / qualification
