The role focuses on Masterplanning and enabling works across a diverse range of sectors, from regeneration and education to industrial, aviation, health, and recreational developments. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping development infrastructure and civil engineering masterplans for planning submissions and delivering site-wide and plot-level infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities include leading civil engineering projects, managing multidisciplinary design teams, liaising with clients and local authorities, and mentoring junior engineers. Projects will involve roads, drainage, earthworks, utilities planning, flood risk assessments, and sustainable urban drainage solutions, all delivered in line with local planning policy, DMRB, Building Regulations, and Sewers for Adoption.
