Summer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our client in the Defence Sector, who is looking for a Organisational Design and Development Support for an initial three-month assignment.Location: Hybrid working - BristolAbout the role: You will be responsible supporting the organisational structure redesign exercise and implement a new structure, laying the foundations to create a high-performing growth culture and to achieve our transformation strategy, as articulated in our Corporate Plan.Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold Active SC clearance and have an extensive Organisational Design background, with the following skills/ experience:Experience across Organisational Design, HR and Change Management.Knowledge and experience of people, change and impact analysis.Experience of Data Analysis.Trade Union experience (Desirable)
