Head Bartender to join the team at a luxury destination restaurant and cocktail lounge in the heart of Mayfair. This is a lively, high-profile venue with a focus on creative, beautifully made cocktails and outstanding service.Youll work closely with the Bar Manager to run the day-to-day operation, leading a team of 5 behind the bar and making sure every drink leaves the pass looking and tasting its best. Its a great role for someone who loves being hands-on during service and has the confidence to manage and motivate a team.Theyre happy to consider experienced Assistant Bar Managers, or ambitious Head Bartenders and Bar Supervisors who are ready to step up.
