They act as Sub-contractor contractor for the majority of their projects - so in this role you would have exposure to our full breadth of activities throughout a single project life-cycle. Reporting directly to a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:Maximising profit through managing and challenging the efficiency of the integrated in house delivery modelEnsuring contractual and commercial risks and opportunities are identified and managedWorking closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to develop a collaborative relationship with the client so that both parties meet their objectives.Working closely with the Project Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor to ensure the correct administration of the contract and ensuring that all responsibilities are fulfilled.About YouAble to demonstrate a good track record and reputation, performing a similar role in a related sector.
