Will be required to oversee a high end residential refurbishment

This role is suited to someone with a strong background delivering premium residential or bespoke refurbishments, with a focus on quality, detail, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
Proven experience managing high-end or luxury residential refurbishments
Strong client facing communication
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
