Your responsibilitiesYour responsibilities may vary, but will include:

Preparing annual budgets for effective financial planning.

Providing weekly cash flow updates.

Conducting monthly PandL and cash flow analyses for comprehensive financial insights.

Evaluating and implementing cost optimization programs.

Reviewing intercompany and external loans to ensure financial health.

Supporting sales and operations teams.

Leading working capital management.

Managing human resources financial planning.

What we expect from youYou should possess an exceptional work ethic with a high sense of urgency, a relentless drive to excel, and ownership of your responsibilities. You are proactive, dependable, humble, and share our passion for building and executing new businesses. Additionally, we expect that you have:

An accounting background, ideally with more than two years of experience at a Big Four firm.

Experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director in a small or medium-sized business.

A UK work permit.

Experience in the media and conferences industry is preferred but not mandatory.
