As a Family Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of privately funded and legal aid family matters. You''ll handle cases from initial instruction through to conclusion, including representing clients in negotiations and at court where required. Duties will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, cohabitation, and children proceedings

• Preparing court documents, attending hearings, and liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties

To be considered for this Family Solicitor role, you should meet the following criteria:
