Making introductory calls to potential customers to understand their current service set up and their requirements Developing relations with potential customers and identify key personnel within each organisation. Skills and Experience Required: Experience in outbound calling is essential Computer literate and able to adapt to use bespoke CRM and database software. Competent on web-based applications and Microsoft 365. Previous use of courier portals is a bonus.
