Strategy Consultant - Consumer Goods

Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Senior Consultant to join our Strategy Consulting Team. You will work with our growing international client base (UK/Europe/Asia) to help each of our clients deliver lasting change through smart revenue management. You will use your experience in consulting and/or consumer goods to bring thought leadership and deep client understanding to solve complex and strategic issues. You will work on a range of Revenue Management projects including pure consulting around pricing and promotion strategy, implementing our apps, and using their analytics to drive decision making. You will conduct change management and capability building both internally and externally with clients.Responsibilities
Taking the role of ‘Lead Consultant’ on projects. This encompasses being responsible for leading project problem definition, requirements gathering, approach design, solution recommendations and senior wiring and influencingDefining the approach and delivering consulting projects (incl. client app implementations)Analysing client data to deliver actionable insights to enable our clients to do something differently in their businessManaging multiple client consulting projects and implementations at the same timeWinning client upsell and new businessDeveloping compelling selling stories, presentations and proposals to share with prospectsDelivering internal efficiencies through new technology and ways of workingTravelling across the UK, Europe mainly to work with our top tier clientsQualifications
FMCG market knowledge (desired) - Trade pricing structures / Promotional effectiveness methodologyStrong conceptual and planning skills with ability to balance competing priorities to always deliverStrategic thinker with a ‘practical’/tactical perspective for executionKeen analytical skills and eye for detailsCreative thinker and solution provider - ‘can do’Able to work independentlyAbility to influence senior teams internally and externally to adopt a proposed course of actionExcellent interpersonal skills - internally and externallyAbout Infor
