The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently maintaining and processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent supplier relations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Administrator Responsibilities:Process, match, and code supplier invoices accuratelyInput and upload invoices onto the internal accounting system.Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.Prepare supplier payment runs in line with company timelinesMaintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal departments.Provide general administrative and finance support to the management team.Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company records.Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold best working practices.Administrator Requirements:GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.Proven experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
