Lead end-to-end delivery of next-gen payroll solutions from roadmap to runtime.Guide a high-performing team using TDD, Pairing, Peer Reviews, and Static Analysis.Build predictable, scalable delivery with real metrics, not gut feel.Level up your team, coach, mentor, grow their skills and careers.Collaborate with Product, QA and BA to ship features that actually solve problems.Keep eyes on the horizon: scout emerging tech, tools, and practices.What you\''ll bring

Proven leadership of engineering teams in fast-paced environments.Hands-on technical expertise, you can still jump in and ship when needed.Strong knowledge of C#, Azure (Functions, Framework), SQL Server, and modern front-end frameworks (React or similar).Clear, confident communication, technical or not, you get the message across.Sharp eye for delivery metrics, clean architecture, and long-term maintainability.Passion for building team culture, tech excellence, and momentum.Why Now?
