Job Opportunity: Client Engagement SpecialistLocation: London or Birmingham (hybrid working) Duration: Permanent Salary: CompetitiveAbout Us: We are a global professional services firm with a distinctive market position, exceptional breadth of practice, and global reach.Role Overview: We are looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to join our in house legal team and beresponsible for reviewing and drafting client engagement terms, outside counsel guidelines, and related documents.Key Responsibilities:Review non-standard client engagement terms and contract documents/contracts to facilitate approval from firm managementServe as a key point of contact for client engagement terms and questions for attorneys and assistantsAssist in the identification, resolution, and clearance of conflicts of interest issuesExperience and Qualifications:Graduate in an industry-related field or law degree (preferred)At least 2-3 years of legal experience preferredPrevious experience reviewing and drafting contracts preferredStrong organisational, analytical, and writing skillsAbility to multi-task and work under tight deadlinesGood verbal and written communication skillsGeneral Attributes:Works well independentlySupportive of firm''s administrative processes and proceduresAbility to anticipate and solve procedural problemsStrict attention to detailInventum Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
