Industrial Sewing Machinist 
Location: Remote area – own transport required
Salary: £30,000 – £31,000 + overtime opportunities and great benefits 
Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00, Fri 08:00–12:00 (Half-day Fridays!)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assembling high-quality fabric and webbing components using industrial sewing machines.
• Following templates, patterns, and technical drawings with accuracy.
• Cutting fabric to spec and marking parts using stamps and ink pads.
• Performing basic machine maintenance (e.g. changing needles).
• Identifying material imperfections and interpreting technical specifications.
• Supporting bespoke and development projects with verbal instruction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience using industrial sewing machines – especially walking foot or overlock machines.
• Experience working with webbing is a big plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a close-knit team.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Understanding of fabric types (weft, weave) and technical drawings.
