*This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets, and admin tasks. No creative marketing involved — this role is all about data entry, reporting, and analysis support.

Perfect for: graduates, college leavers, or anyone with admin/data entry experience.

Working hours - Hybrid working, 2 days in the offices in Gillingham and 3 days from home. 

What you’ll do as Marketing Data Assistant:

• Input and maintain campaign and sales data

• Support reporting and basic data analysis

• Use Excel to organise and check data

• Assist with admin tasks, invoices, and purchase orders

• Keep systems and databases accurate and up to date

What we’re looking for from the Marketing Data Assistant:

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic Excel skills (training provided)

• Organised and reliable

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
