About the opportunity: Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for leadership and first-class customer support? We''re looking for a Technology Support Team Leader to play a key role in managing and mentoring our IT Helpdesk team, ensuring that our colleagues have secure, reliable, and efficient technology at their fingertips.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day running of the IT Helpdesk, ensuring service requests are prioritised and resolved effectively.Lead, support and mentor our IT Support Engineers. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring colleagues across the business feel supported and empowered by IT.Manage disaster recovery, data security, and routine IT operations (backups, virus protection, system health checks).Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and directors to align IT services with business needs.Support budgeting, licensing renewals, and deliver IT projects that make a real impact.Experience: Proven experience in a similar role delivering 2nd line support and assisting with 3rd line tasks.Strong troubleshooting, organisation, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, O365, Azure, and telephone systems (Five9 and Mitel)Desirable experience: Financial Services (Insurance) background with an understanding of Open GI, Acturis or CDL.
