Estates and Campus Operations Manager Full-Time Permanent Salary: Grade 7 - £55,663 to £61,945 per annum (commensurate to experience) including London Weighting Hybrid working available About the Role The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, a leading arts university with a dynamic community, located in Swiss Cottage, is seeking an experienced leader to manage the planned, cyclical and day-to-day operations of our Campus Estate. This critical role ensures our Estate improves, develops and meets the highest levels of compliance through planned and cyclical maintenance. The review of the planned maintenance is to maximise value for money through intelligent procurement, support our carbon and sustainability targets and addresses issues of accessibility. To implement procedures and processes, to ensure full control of our key suppliers, while working on the Estate and management hand-over of works to ensure statutory compliance, and meeting quality standards.
