You''ll lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Job RequirementsTeam Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of software engineers, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous learning.Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of software projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with OKR’s.Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on software architecture and design, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.Collaboration: Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.Talent Development: Identify training needs, support career growth, and participate in hiring processes to build a world-class engineering team.About youProven experience in software engineering management or a leadership role.Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Familiarity with CNC technologies or manufacturing processes.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern development tools.Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.What we can offer youStock OptionsAnnual Performance Equity Award28 days of annual leaveLeading medical planLife InsuranceSabbatical leaveEnhanced primary, secondary and adoption parental pay and leave (maternity/paternity)We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, valuing individuality and embracing all people.
