About the Role As a Registered General Nurse, you will provide office-based clinical leadership and oversight to support clients receiving complex care within their own homes and community settings. You as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) will oversee clinical risk assessments, care planning, package mobilisation, staff training, and competency assessments, ensuring care delivery remains safe, compliant, and evidence-based at all times. The role requires a confident and proactive clinician who can work independently while supporting operational teams and contributing to service growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the clinical components of care delivery Support mobilisation and implementation of new complex care packages Conduct clinical assessments, reviews, and risk management processes Develop and oversee person-centred care plans Provide training, supervision, and competency assessments to care staff Support clinical governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare professionals Provide cli
