The People Services Advisor (PSA) supports the delivery of high-quality HR services across South Wales Fire and Rescue Service (SWFRS). Working as part of a multi-skilled team, the PSA acts as a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing professional HR advice, supporting people processes, and contributing to a positive, inclusive organisational culture. The role supports People Services Business Partners (PSBP) and the wider People Services Directorate in achieving service priorities, meeting SLAs and KPIs, and delivering accurate management information. The PSA also contributes to projects that improve systems, processes, and the overall employee experience. Mae''r rôl yn cefnogi Partneriaid Busnes Gwasanaethau Pobl a''r Gyfarwyddiaeth Gwasanaethau Pobl ehangach i gyflawni blaenoriaethau gwasanaeth, bodloni Cytundeb Lefel Gwasanaeth (CLG) a Dangosydd Perfformiad Allweddol (DPA) a darparu gwybodaeth reoli gywir.
