Based on site in Chessington, this role will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth delivery of services during a busy period.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth business performanceLead, support, and coordinate operational staff, ensuring clear communication and accountabilityMonitor workflows, schedules, and resources to maintain productivity and service levelsIdentify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectivelyEnsure all operations comply with company policies, health and safety, and relevant regulationsLiaise with senior management and other departments to support business objectivesProduce basic operational reports and updates as requiredSkills and ExperienceProven experience in an Operations Manager or similar roleStrong organisational and time-management skillsAbility to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalConfident working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionAdditional InformationOn-site role based in ChessingtonFull-time hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to FridayIdeal for candidates available immediately or at short notice
