Business Development Manager – Risk ManagementFully Remote - Field-Based Across the Mid/Southern RegionAre you a proactive sales professional who thrives on being out in the field, building relationships, and driving business growth in Health and Safety?Join us as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in expanding our reach across the South—from Northampton to London.What You’ll Do

Be the face of our Health and Safety Compliance services, meeting clients on-site and in person across the regionProactively generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and face-to-face meetingsIdentify and capitalise on new business opportunities in target sectors such as Healthcare, Haulage, Construction, and PropertyForge and strengthen relationships with PIB Insurance Group’s Southern offices and key stakeholders in your territoryDeliver tailored solutions that address client needs and drive compliance improvementsRepresent us at industry events, seminars, and conferences—always on the lookout for new connections and opportunitiesNegotiate and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and business growthCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryProvide regular sales forecasts and performance updatesAbout You

Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within Health and Safety ComplianceStrong local network and knowledge of the Northampton, Milton Keynes, Hemel, and London areasSelf-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based roleExcellent communicator and relationship builder, with a knack for spotting and seizing new opportunitiesWillingness to travel regularly and enjoy being “out and about” meeting clientsWhy Join us?
