Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: 1-5 Oldchurch Road, Romford, RM7 0BQ

Salary: -25,000 - -27,000 pa base salary (Plus, monthly uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPI''s. There is no ceiling to the potential earnings but year 1 OTE should be circa -45-50k, year 2 OTE -60-80k & year 3 OTE -100k plus.)

Shift and schedule: Monday - Friday (No Weekends)

We are expanding and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Account Manager to join our team.

About the role:

• Manage and grow a customer portfolio for both business and personal customers.
• Discuss customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities.
• Ensure all customers are contacted in a timely manner.
• Provide quotes and process orders.
• Keep all customer records updated and accurate.
• Hit agreed-upon KPIs.
• Understand and take accountability for FCA Guidelines.

About you:

• Sales experience is essential for this role.
• Telephone sales experience is desired.
• Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Professional telephone manner and exceptional communication skills.
• Driven to provide excellent customer service and have a positive attitude.
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn and develop.
• Desire to build a successful career in the motor industry.

What we offer:

• Base salary of -25,000 - -27,000 pa, depending on experience.
• Monthly uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPIs.
• OTE of circa -45-50k in year 1, -60-80k in year 2, and -100k plus in year 3.
• 20 days annual leave plus UK Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day every year up to a maximum of 25 days.
