The ideal candidate will be driven by targets, have excellent interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with finance departments, hiring managers, and senior leadership teams within existing and potential client organisations.Understand clients'' hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Advise clients on the labour market, salary trends, and finance-specific recruitment strategies.Conduct regular client meetings and updates to ensure client satisfaction.Candidate Sourcing and Screening:Source finance professionals via job boards, LinkedIn, industry-specific platforms, and networking events.Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates'' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fi
