Management Accountant Inspire are thrilled to be supporting a growing multi-site business with a strong online presence across multiple brands. As they continue to scale, we are looking for a commercially-minded and proactive Management Accountant to join the team and help strengthen the financial oversight and operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver quarterly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and insight for decision-making Break down consolidated PandL into detailed site- and product-level reporting to enable performance tracking and analysis Assist with the integration and amalgamation of multiple e-commerce platforms into Shopify, ensuring a smooth transition from a finance perspective Work autonomously to collate financial and operational information to support business performance improvements. Review and validate the work of junior finance team members, including VAT returns, payroll submissions, and purchase order approvals Identify process improvements to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy Partner with operations, sales, and e-commerce teams to support financial planning and analysis Requirements: Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent). Proven experience in management accounting with exposure to multi-site or multi-channel environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of
