Head of Energy and Seasonal Health role leading our energy advice service in North Yorkshire. This position includes overseeing the Warm and Well phone line, online energy advice and face-to-face outreach, and managing Energy Project Managers.Responsibilities

Lead and develop the energy advice services in North Yorkshire to meet performance targets and funding requirements, and to address the needs of the people we support.Oversee the Warm and Well phone line, online energy advice, and face-to-face outreach activities.Manage Energy Project Managers and ensure services operate effectively and collaboratively within the senior leadership team.Represent the organisation with funders, partners, and networks.Requirements

Strong people-management skills with proven experience delivering or overseeing services in the advice sector (or a closely related field).Excellent communication and influencing abilities.Ability to live within or near North Yorkshire and attend meetings across the county as required.Flexibility to work from home, from one of our offices, or a blend of both.Details
