An exciting opportunity for a Global Marketing Manager has arisen within the FMCG sector, based in Surrey, with the responsibility to lead strategic marketing initiatives across international territories. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brand development and communications; and be comfortable working to a hybrid model 3 days in the office and 2 from home. This role will require international travel too.Client DetailsOur client is a mid-size organisation, a leader in the FMCG/Consumer sector.DescriptionThe successful Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for:Developing and implementing effective global marketing strategies.Leading the development of the global product category strategy.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and execute marketing initiatives.Driving brand development, communications, media and brand positioning in international markets.Managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.Building deep expertise through consumer, customer and competitor insights.ProfileA successful ''Global Marketing Manager'' should have:Proven experience in the FMCG sector would be desirable; in local, regional and/or global marketing roles with a strong track record of delivery.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.The ability to work across complex brand portfolios.Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of market research techniques.High collaboration skillsThe ability to work with pace and pressure.Job OfferA
