Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our clients manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production/engineering settings with high volume production lines. This role is crucial for ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and team performance within our manufacturing facility. Hours Monday 12pm-6pm Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm 38 hour working week Duties Supervise daily operations on the production floor, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Carry out Supervisor Daily Quality Line Audits and test products to agreed schedule. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and manage hot runner cleaning tanks, complete humidity check record sheet and fill and rotate tanks. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve any production issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, reporting on performance against targets. Contribute to the implementation of disciplinary and grievance procedures. Requirements Proven experience in a production/manufacturing environment is essential. Strong Electrical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
