Your experience in building and managing high-performance teams will help accelerate our growing business further. You will collaborate with other teams to develop new offerings, plan go-to-market strategies and lead your team of Software Engineers to execute those strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce, Azure Cloud Services, Workday, Navision, Sub Hub, Informatica, PeopleSoft and Enterprise Integrations, along with a proven track record of leading cross -functional teams and managing complex, large-scale digital transformation initiativesSUCCESS MEASURES:Leadership and Cross-Team CollaborationFoster collaboration between engineering, product, data, and business teams to aligntechnical solutions with business goals.Drive Agile best practices and DevOps culture for CI/CD automation, release management, and system reliability.Enterprise Systems and IntegrationsDevelop and execute integration strategies to enable seamless data exchange betweenthese platforms and other enterprise applications, such as Salesforce and Azureservices.Digital Transformation and Complex Project ExecutionPartner with business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignmentwith organizational strategy.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Leadership and Cross-Team CollaborationLead and mentor a team of Software engineers, ensuring high-quality software development and delivery.Mentoring and coaching a team of 15+ coworkers on the execution of optimal solutionroadmaps while maintaining consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.Exhibit and advance technology leadership while serving as trusted leader/advisor,trainer and "Go To" person for the solution, both technically and strategically.
Enterprise Systems and IntegrationsLead the implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization of enterprise systems, including Workday, Navision, Sub Hub, Informatica, and PeopleSoft, ensuringthey align with business needs and industry best practices.Ensure scalability, security, and compliance by applying best practices in enterprise architecture, data governance, and role-based access controls.Optimize system performance by continuously monitoring and refining workflows, reducing redundancies and improving automationCollaborate with business units and IT stakeholders to assess current processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.Lead migration and upgrade projects for legacy systems, ensuring minimal disruption and maximizing system adoption across teams.Leverage AI/ML and analytics capabilities to enhance reporting, forecasting, and decision-making within these platforms.Digital Transformation and Complex Project ExecutionLead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy systems and migrating critical business applications to cloud platforms.Ensure seamless data migration, system integrations, and performance tuning for highavailability environments.Ensure we build solutions that leverage our cross-practice expertise and drive client value and CDW differentiationKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Leadership and Collaboration:10+ years of experience in technical engineering or architecting.5+ years leading technical teams.Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and driving Agilemethodologies.Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technicalstakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and executives.Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with negotiationexpertise to drive positive outcomes.Experience managing multi-team collaboration in complex digital transformationprojects.Enterprise SystemsExpertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and ExperienceCloud.Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.Experience with Salesforce integrations (APEX REST APIs, MuleSoft, Data Loader,middleware solutions).Azure Cloud and DevOpsHands-on experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIManagement, Azure SQL, etc.).Expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform,ARM templates).Strong understanding of Azure security best practices, identity management (AzureAD), and networking.Preferred Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Certifications:
PMP, Digital Leader (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).Technical Depth:
Expertise in at least two areas: Salesforce Sales Cloud, CloudNetworking, Security, AI, Storage, Private/Hybrid/Public Cloud, Data Protection,Disaster Recovery.Industry Trends:
