You''ll operate powered tools safely, follow daily schedules, and ensure all work meets required standards while complying with health and safety guidelines. The role also involves maintaining equipment, completing job records, and delivering a professional, friendly service to the public and clients.To succeed, you will need:Experience in grounds maintenance or outdoor manual work.Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Ability to work well as part of a team with a positive and reliable attitude.Good understanding of safe working practices.Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential depending on role requirements).
