We are working with an established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor who are recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor on a Permanent Basis in Newton Abbot. The contractor are looking for a seasoned supervisor who can be competent to carry out the below duties; Proactive in overseeing and coordinating on-site project activities Capable of mentoring apprentices while effectively managing personal workload Skilled in the installation and commissioning of a wide range of plumbing and heating systems Experienced in supervising specialist mechanical subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance Maintains clear and consistent communication with the Mechanical Project Manager Builds strong, collaborative relationships with client teams through effective communication You will need to have SSSTS and a background in either Plumbing, Pipefitting or HVAC. There will also be progression opportunities available to transition into a Project Manager.
