Veterinary Vision is a leading, referral-only ophthalmology practice, and we''re excited to invite a new clinician to join our expanding team of 16 veterinary ophthalmologists. With four purpose-built centres across the UK (Penrith, Sunderland, Glasgow, and Bamber Bridge), we offer a truly collaborative and progressive working environment.We are looking for an additional Veterinary Ophthalmologist to join our well-established team at the Sunderland clinic—just a short distance from the beautiful Northumberland coast and vibrant Newcastle city centre.What we can offer:A friendly, experienced team with certificate holders already in place at Sunderland.Access to a wide and varied caseload, including advanced intraocular surgery.Purpose-built facilities with cutting-edge equipment and dedicated ophthalmic theatre space.Ongoing support from our experienced ophthalmic nursing and client care teams.Scope to work across other sites, if desired, to expand experience or pursue specific interests.Comprehensive in-house CPD and mentoring programme tailored to your career stage.Relocation package available.What we are looking for:RCVS registration and a genuine passion for veterinary ophthalmology.Applications welcomed from vets currently studying towards their certificate, as well as existing certificate holders, advanced practitioners, and diplomates..
