Marketing Manager

Our client, a go-to strategic consultancy and marketing agency whose clients include world-recognised publishers, government organisations, associations, learned societies and technology solution providers is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Marketing Manager to join their small, specialist team. This is a permanent, full-time role ideal for someone who would enjoy working across multiple projects and directly with senior clients in the academic publishing sector. You''ll play a key role in developing and delivering strategic marketing and communications plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality execution of campaigns across digital channels. With exposure to branding, research, strategy and campaign work, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact. Key responsibilities Build and maintain positive client relationships while ensuring clear and consistent communication across all TBI processes Contribute to the development and delivery of tailored marketing and communications plans, supporting campaign implementation that aligns with client objectives Prepare, review and present reports that clearly demonstrate the outcomes of marketing activities Develop strategic marketing plans in response to client briefs, grounded in research and aligned with business goals Design and manage creative and effective marketing campaigns - setting objectives, drafting copy, and collaborating with colleagues to implement
