This rewarding role involves working closely with students who require additional support to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning delays)Assist the class teacher in creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environmentContribute to the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff and parentsHelp manage behaviour in line with school policies and positive behaviour strategiesSupport pupils with personal care needs, if requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Experience working with children with SEN, either in a school, nursery, or care settingA calm, nurturing, and proactive approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsA relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification) is desirable but not essentialAn enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain oneWhat We Offer:A support
