Your Role Mechanical Inspector As part of the Quality Assurance team, you ll ensure that every product meets the highest aerospace standards. You ll use your mechanical know-how and keen eye for detail to perform dimensional and visual inspections, maintain precision measuring tools, and help drive continuous quality improvement. What You ll Be Doing: Inspect and verify components to detailed engineering drawings and specifications. Use precision tools such as micrometers, vernier callipers, height gauges, and dial indicators. Operate CMM equipment (ability to create CMM programs is a big plus!). Complete Dimensional FAIRs and AS9102 Form 3s. Calibrate and maintain inspection instruments and records. Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure full compliance and consistency.
