We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to take ownership of the technical and quality agenda our client''s customer, ensuring the products consistently exceed expectations. What you''ll do as the Technical Account Manager:As a key member of the Technical and Commercial teams, you''ll:Lead the technical and quality performance for the category, ensuring all products are safe, legal, and meet the highest retailer and consumer standards.Act as the primary technical contact, building strong relationships, leading reviews, and communicating performance updates with clarity and confidence.Manage supplier performance and seasonal transitions, ensuring smooth continuity of quality and availability across UK and imported supply chains.Conduct regular grower and packhouse visits, championing quality, compliance, and sustainability from orchard to dispatch.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, supporting growers and packhouses to enhance consistency, shelf life, and product presentation.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and commercial teams to deliver customer excellence and category growth.Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events, providing insight and technical expe
