**Profile**

You will be responsible for the planning, control and coordination of multi-disciplined teams consisting of Project Management, Mechanical, Electrical and Documentation Engineers.-Safety, reliability, documentation and procedural adherence are an essential part of the role, along with adhering to established Calder procedures and Risk Assessment, and Technical sign off of projects including the completion of the Declaration of Conformity.

**Responsibilities**

• Management control of design, projects, electrical-and documentation teams-
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements concerning product design and its application
• Ensuring timely, safe and cost effective design and implementation of projects
• Develop and maintain systems and records appropriate to these responsibilities
• Develop and improve the performance of the staff undertaking these tasks

**Requirements**

• Experience with custom designed machines in a project based environment
• Proven ability to solve- engineering problems within fixed project lead times
• Personal experience in developing multi-disciplined engineering teams
• Pumps, Energy or rotating machinery background is essential-
• Enginering degree qualified is desirable-
