Job Title: Static Electrician Location: Thurrock- Distribution Centre Salary: £36,251.00- if within 20 miles of London an additional £2,000 Hours: 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between shifts from 06.00-18.00 On Call: 1-4 weeks (180 set for the week on call and 1.5 hourly rate for call outs and overtime. Job Purpose: To maintain and repair a range of electrical and mechanical plant and equipment in Distribution Centres as defined on the Scope of Works Task Sheets in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the laid-down Company Health and Safety policy. Key Responsibilities: Complete the PPM schedule within agreed KPI timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures. Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Service Desk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary. Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times. Order spares to the laid-down procedures.
