Bar Manager

to take full ownership of the bar and lead a passionate team to success.This isnt just another bar role

this is about creating a drinks programme that matches our bold British grill menu, while running a fast-paced, high-volume operation with flair and precision.What youll be doing:

Leading and inspiring a dedicated bar team, keeping morale high and service sharp

Shaking, stirring and serving perfect classics

while developing innovative, seasonal cocktails that excite our guests

Working closely with the kitchen to create drinks that pair seamlessly with the menu

Managing bar operations

from rotas, ordering and stock control to costings, PandL, and margins

Driving consistency, speed, and energy behind the bar while keeping standards sky-high
