We are seeking a Transport Planner to join our Sunbury based client. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will play a key role in delivering compliant, efficient, and cost-effective transport operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and optimise daily vehicle routes for collections and deliveriesEnsure all customer requirements are met consistentlyManage drivers, including daily debriefs and performance supportCoordinate fleet and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutionsAct as a key point of contact for customersDrive continuous improvement in operational efficiencySupport compliance with fleet, Health and Safety, and internal proceduresAssist with driver training, in-cab technology, and supplier managementProvide occasional out-of-hours and weekend cover as requiredAbout YouExperience with O-Licence complianceStrong IT skills (Excel, Word, etc.)Excellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyKnowledge of Working Time Directive regulationsFlexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Full Time Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00 - £36,590
