Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and servicing of passenger and goods lifts. Carry out minor repairs and ensure lifts are operating safely and efficiently. Provide high-quality customer service and respond effectively to client queries. Accurately record all service visits and maintenance activities. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
