Are you an experienced CNC Programmer with a background in milling? Looking to join a growing company where your skills will be valued and your development supported?

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer (Milling) to join a well-established and expanding precision engineering company based in Leicester. This is a permanent, full-time days-based role, offering excellent long-term stability and opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
• Offline and online programming experience is required
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Continuous improvement and quality control of machined parts
• Working independently and as part of a team in a clean, modern workshop

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a milling environment
• Ability to write and edit programs from scratch
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Previous experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls is advantageous
• A team player with a proactive attitude
