Responsibilities

Managing all aspects of multiple contracts across their full lifecycle, from pre-construction through delivery.Acting as the primary commercial liaison with the client and key stakeholders.Contributing to the development and standardisation of reporting tools to support overarching framework management.Setting up and managing schemes under NEC contract conditions, ensuring compliance and effective commercial control.Delivering detailed cost and value management against work breakdown structures (WBS) and cost heads.Supporting risk and opportunity management and driving efficiencies across projects.Providing accurate, timely commercial reporting and advice to the management team.Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on rail or large civil engineering projects.Strong knowledge of NEC contracts with the ability to manage projects through the full contract lifecycle.Excellent cost and value management skills, with a track record of delivering successful commercial outcomes.Framework experience advantageous, though not essential.Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build long-term collaborative relationships.Additional context
