Role: IT Support EngineerDay rate: 210 inside ir35Location: Hull - 5 days a week onsiteDuration: 3 monthsStart: ASAPSkills:You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing, and configuring new systems, and maintaining network security.You will also be involved in training and supporting end-users, documenting procedures and best practices, and collaborating with other IT professionals.You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.You should be familiar with Windows or Linux operating systems alongside common applications and tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, antivirus software, etc.You should also have knowledge of networking protocols and devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
