Procurement Business Partner
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Procurement Business Partner to join Bradford Council''s Children and Familites Trust on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract/ This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex procurement projects from market engagement through to contract award. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, supporting robust business cases and outcome-focused specifications. Ensure compliance with UK and EU procurement legislation and internal governance standards. Drive social value and sustainability outcomes through procurement. Develop contract management and supplier relationship strategies for key contracts. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design innovative, value-driven procurement approaches. Support the implementation of e-procurement solutions and continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Criteria: CIPS Level 5 (or equivalent) or working towards it. Proven experience managing complex procurement, commissioning, or commercial projects. Strong understanding of public sector procurement legislation and frameworks.
