Job Advert: Site Manager - New Build Industrial Units Location: Enfield, EN1Duration: Approx. 46 WeeksStart Date: 12th January 2025We are currently recruiting on behalf of a key client for an experienced Senior/Site Manager to lead the delivery of 2nr new build large warehouse/logistics buildings with steel frame erection. Each unit will be fully fitted out to include office space, toilets, and canteen facilities.A challenging and complicated project, with a number of houses close by and a railway line to contend with.Project Overview: Construction of 2nr industrial unitsFull internal fit out of each unitProject duration: approx. 46 weeks Role Responsibilities: Oversee all site operations to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to a high standardManage and coordinate all subcontractors and trades on siteChair regular client and subcontractor meetingsEnsure all site activities comply with health and safety legislation and company proceduresReview and implement RAMSAct as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining a professional and positive relationship throughout the projectMaintain accurate site records and produce regular progress reports Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build industrial or steel frame projectsStrong knowledge of RAMS and Health and Safety regulationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsConfident in a client facing role and able to chair meetings professionallyAbility to manage and motivate site teams
