Responsibilities

Greet and support parents, carers, and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Manage phone and email communications efficiently and effectively

Oversee front of house operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment

Maintain daily records, registers, and other administrative systems

Work closely with the Nursery Manager and leadership team to ensure operational excellence

Support with invoicing, admissions, and enrolment queries

Organise events, tours, and open days with attention to detail and great customer care

Ensure compliance with GDPR and other administrative policies

Be the go-to problem solver alm under pressure and always one step ahead

Qualifications

Excellent customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or education

Strong communication, admin, and organisational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and/or nursery management software (training provided)

Friendly, confident, and approachable

people-person through and through

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting

A passion for working in a family-focused, child-centred environment

A team player attitude with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
