As a Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen team and oversee the delivery of exceptional food experiences across the SS Great Britain site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team to ensure consistently high standards.

Plan, design, and execute menus for Conference and Events and The Board Walk Restaurant.

Manage kitchen operations including stock control, ordering, and cost management.

Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen regulations.

Collaborate with Elior colleagues and the SS Great Britain hospitality team to create memorable guest experiences.

Deliver high-quality food for a range of events, including business meetings, conferences, banquets, private dinners, summer BBQs, Christmas parties, and weddings.

Oversee service at The Board Walk Restaurant, from daytime café-style service to evening small plates and sharing boards.

Working pattern: Full-Time / 5 days out of 7
