Mechanical FitterNG11Up to 16/ph DOE Days Monday- Thursday 07:30- 16:30, Friday 07:30 - 12:30Permanent OverviewGI Pro are recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter for a manufacturer of variety of shopfloor machines as grinders, millers and turnersWorking a day shift Monday - FridayPaying Up to 18/ph depending on experience Overtime is available at enhanced ratesThis is a full-time permanent role with immediate starts The company - Supplier to the automotive, aerospace, and industrial The role:Assembling components using 2D drawings and 3D models for referenceFinding and fixing faults in hydraulic and pneumatic pipework on existing and new fixturesCarrying out planned maintenance checks on existing customer fixturesResponding to emergency calls from customersConserving resources wherever possible to ensure budgetary integrityAdhering to installation timelinesCompleting installation reports throughout the installation Candidate attributesYou will be mechanical biased with a good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic control and actuation systemsYou will have a good knowledge of engineering science and technology, ideally able to understand 24v control and automation systems, PLC, and RFID programming knowledgeYou will have a good understanding of CNC machine toolsYou will be resourceful with the ability to improvise to ensure minimal downtime BenefitsMorning shifts (early finish on Friday)Overtime opportunities paid 1,5x Apply:If you feel that you have the skills / desire for this
